Trevor and Jessica met back in 2020 during the pandemic when the world was challenged with so much uncertainty. Trevor was randomly scrolling Facebook and saw Jessica teaching Wednesday Night Youth Bible Study. Trevor was intrigued by the beauty and grace of Jessica. He reached out to his cousin, Ladena to get more information on who Jessica was. Before long, the first phone call took place and before they knew it, they were having dinner dates in the car due to covid, working out in the park, and countless phone calls.

Unfortunately, life happened, and they parted ways for a year. During that time the Lord was kind in preparing their hearts to reconnect later. In 2022 they reconnected, and it was truly ordained by God, and it was in those moments they began to understand that the Lord remembered their prayers, their desires, and their purpose in life. They began dating, traveling, exchanging "I love yous", meeting each other's family, and eleven short months later they were engaged.

As they reflect on their union, they are grateful that the Lord remembered their love for one another. During a time where they both wanted to pursue each other, God took them on another route that prepared them for one another. God

knew the impact of their union and to ensure nothing interfered God gave grace and time for personal and spiritual growth, that would eventually assist in a strong connection and love they now share. Their love for each other radiates when they walk into a room, it radiates in the way they look at each other, and it radiates in their actions towards one another. As they are preparing to become one, they are truly grateful that the Lord remembered their love and allowed them to reconnect to build a union that is centered on Christ.
